Hey Breastie, My Name is Ra’Donna  Echols.BCAU was born from a fight I never signed up for but chose to face head-on.

Breast Cancer Awareness University isn’t just a clothing brand. It’s a movement, a mindset, and a reminder that strength doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like showing up anyway.

My journey with breast cancer changed everything. Doctor visits replaced daily routines. Treatments interrupted normal life. And in the middle of fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion, I realized something powerful: I still wanted to feel like myself.

I wanted to feel confident.I wanted to feel seen.I wanted to feel strong, even on the hardest days.That’s where BCAU began. I imagined breast cancer awareness as more than a ribbon once a year. I envisioned it as a campus. A university where survivors, fighters, thrivers, caregivers, and supporters all belong. A place where courage is the curriculum and resilience is the major. BCAU represents enrollment into that mindset. Every collection is inspired by university life: orientation, first semester nerves, long nights, perseverance, growth, and graduation-level strength. Our designs blend streetwear energy with purpose, creating pieces that speak without explanation. When you wear BCAU, you’re not just wearing apparel.

You’re wearing testimony.

This brand is for anyone who has battled cancer.
